About the role

We are looking for recruitment professionals who can support the development and execution of recruitment strategies while building strong candidate and client relationships in the local market.

Key responsibilities

· Develop and implement recruitment strategies aligned with business objectives.

· Design, optimize, and manage recruitment processes.

· Develop diverse recruitment channels, including job boards, social media, campus recruitment, and other platforms.

· Attract talent across different levels and functions.

· Build and maintain relationships with candidates, employees, and external recruitment resources.

· Analyze recruitment data and prepare recruitment reports.

· Support interview communication, follow-up, and candidate assessment.

· Support onboarding and talent development initiatives.

· Develop local-market headhunting clients and respond to their recruitment needs.

Requirements

· Based locally with fluent Chinese and Japanese communication skills.

· Bachelor's degree or above; HR-related education is preferred.

· 3+ years of recruitment or headhunting experience.

· Experience with a well-known company is preferred.

· Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills.

· Ability to manage complex recruitment challenges.

· Ability to work from the local office.

· Experience developing local-market recruitment clients is preferred.
